Description: Working Days Monday to Saturday

Base location will be Malad, but the candidate will travel to Andheri, Mira Road, and Boisar according to work requirements.

We are looking for an SCM Manager who will be handling group-level Supply Chain Management.

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
• Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory & warehouse
• Maintain the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize operations
• Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability
• Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implement subsequent process changes
• Identify optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to warehousing and distribution consolidation
• Assess the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; make recommendations for efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials
• Negotiate prices for raw materials and delivery with suppliers and vendors
• Participate as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information on availability and costs of supplies and materials
• Monitor supplier performance, assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
• Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and issues
• Evaluate and report on KPIs
• Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Resolve issues such as delays or accidents
• Develop and implement safety guidelines across all aspects of the supply chain
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Analyze slow-moving and obsolete stock; suggest replenishment strategies
• Education and Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
