Job summary

Jain International Trade Organisation - India is seeking a proactive SCM Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. The role covers inward and outward material movement, fitter coordination, and resolving customer complaints to ensure timely deliveries and high satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree in a related field with 5+ years in warehousing or supply chain, and familiar with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic stock audits, and minimize inventory losses.
• Supervise inward receipt, inspection, storage, and outward dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Plan and allocate fitters for installation/service jobs and monitor job completion.
• Handle customer complaints related to deliveries, installations, shortages, or damages, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Production, and Purchase teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, logistics, and customer complaints.
• Lead and train warehouse and logistics staff to improve operational efficiency.
