Job summary

JobItUs is seeking an experienced SCM Executive to manage purchase indents, vendor management, and compliance with procurement policies in Silvassa.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in inventory and warehouse management, ensuring adherence to GST and IGST regulations while leading warehouse teams for optimal operations.

Offer includes a salary of up to 5.00 LPA based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Indents (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Handle vendor management, follow-ups, and supplier coordination.
• Manage inward, outward, GRN, gate entry, and dispatch documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, IGST, and procurement policies.
• Monitor inventory using FIFO and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Conduct stock taking, cycle counts, and physical vs. system stock reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MS Excel.
• Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and finance teams.
• Generate inventory and procurement MIS reports.
• Implement 5S practices and ensure workplace safety compliance.
• Lead and support store/warehouse teams for efficient operations.
• Maintain high computer proficiency and ensure accurate documentation.
