Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced SCM Coordinator in Solar to support supply chain and logistics monitoring for large-scale Solar and BESS projects. The role tracks material availability, procurement status, logistics performance, and delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted project execution and timely construction progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• CSCP, CPIM or equivalent supply chain certifications preferred.
• 7-10 years in supply chain, logistics, material management or procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end supply chain activities for solar project equipment and materials.
• Track manufacturing, inspection releases, dispatches, transit status, deliveries, and site receipts.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery performance, container turnaround times, and port activities.
• Compare required-on-site dates against delivery forecasts and construction priorities.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, transporters, and project teams to identify shortages, damages, delays, and risks.
• Maintain critical material tracking reports and expedite procurement actions as required.
• Support planning, procurement, contracts, and QS teams with delivery and logistics data.
• Escalate supply chain constraints and logistics risks to project leadership for timely resolution.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SCM Coordinator Solar to support supply chain and logistics monitoring for large-scale Solar and BESS projects. The role will be responsible for tracking material availability, procurement status, logistics performance, and delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted project execution and timely construction progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end supply chain activities for solar project equipment and materials.
• Track manufacturing, inspection releases, dispatches, transit status, deliveries, and site receipts of solar modules, MMS/trackers, inverters, IDTs, MV equipment, cables, and BoP materials.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery performance, container turnaround times, and port-related activities.
• Compare required-on-site dates against delivery forecasts and construction priorities.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, transporters, and project teams to identify material shortages, damages, delays, and preservation risks.
• Maintain critical material tracking reports and expedite procurement actions where required.
• Support planning, procurement, contracts, and QS teams with delivery and logistics data.
• Escalate supply chain constraints and logistics risks to project leadership for timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent Supply Chain certifications preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Management, or Procurement Coordination.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy projects, preferably Solar projects (300MW+).
• Experience working with EPC contractors, project logistics, and large infrastructure projects is preferred.
