Industry:Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) / Renewable Energy / Power Electronics / Energy Storage Job Purpose The Senior Manager SCM will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain for BESS products and projects, including strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, material planning, inventory management, logistics and delivery. The role will work closely withEngineering, Projects, Sales, Finance, Quality, Production and senior managementto ensure timely availability of materials at the right cost, quality and quantity. The candidate should have strong experience inBESS, batteries, electrical equipment, power electronics, renewable energy, EPC or manufacturing supply chains.

• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations for inventory valuation and control.

6. Logistics & Delivery

• Develop logistics plans.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor transportation lead times.
• Coordinate customs/import activities where applicable.
• Manage freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely delivery to the Nagpur plant and project sites.
• Optimize freight and logistics costs.

7. Supply Chain Planning

• Coordinate engineering changes with Procurement and suppliers.
• Ensure no unauthorized substitutions are made.
