Purpose: Responsible for increasing student enrollments and retention of students in the school. Provide guidance to prospective parents on school curriculum, facilities and other services provided by the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary Responsibility: Effectively handle walk-ins
• Support in admission conversions and achieving enrolment targets
• Orient and guide new parents on the curriculum framework offered by the school
• Provide details of the board structure and the integrated curriculum offered by the school
• Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and provide guidance on the variety of teaching initiatives taken by the school
• Advise parents individually and/or with groups regarding academic eligibility requirements, academic policies and delivery procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the school’s programs and requirements
• Assist parents in admission registration, evaluate student admissibility and provide guidance on the admission process
• Address existing parent queries and assist in timely closure of the issue raised by them

Secondary Responsibility

• Assist in managing alumni network
• Address and resolve academic grievances raised by parents to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Co-ordinate with internal teams to appraise parents on students’ academic progress whenever needed

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing of educational services
• Prior experience in admission counselling for Schools will be an added advantage

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream/MBA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, abilities, outlooks, age groups and nationalities
• High energy levels
• Good attitude and aptitude and growth mindset
