Sbicap Securities in Kerala seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive regional growth across Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam. You will oversee branch operations, manage large sales teams, and steer client acquisitions and cross‑selling of investment products.

The role requires a Graduation or MBA and at least 6 years of stock market sales experience, with a proven ability to build profitable client relationships, manage a sales cycle end-to-end, and deliver strong P&L results.

Responsibilities

• Run daily deliverables of the business.
• Drive client acquisitions, activations, and brokerage generation.
• Lead ME productivity and cross-selling of products as advised by management.
• Oversee branch operations and manage large teams across the region.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and implement direct sales strategies.
• Ensure profitability and P&L for the region.
• Build and sustain investment relationships with HNIs and corporate clients.
• Train Team Leaders and Marketing Executives on products and sales management.
• Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiencies.

• Running the daily deliverable activities of the business
• Focus on Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, Brokerage Generation, ME productivity and cross selling of various products (as advised by management time to time )
• Driving business numbers and managing larger teams.
• Responsible for handling the branches of the region assigned
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle
• Create and implement effective direct sales strategies toward achievement of sales objectives
• Responsible for profit centers profitability and P & L
• Managing key customer relationships, building and sustaining investment relationships with High Net worth Individuals and Corporate clients that include products like IPO, Bonds etc.
• Training Team Leader & Marketing Executive on products as well as various aspects of sales management.
• Learning and development of the sales team on the core product and other cross sell products.
• Building and sustaining effective sales processes to continuously improve efficiencies.
• Work force management: control attrition; provide growth path etc.
