Job summary

Banca Channel in Kurla is seeking a Cluster Manager to drive acquisition of Demat and Trading Accounts through partner bank branches. You will train and support branch teams to meet revenue targets while promoting wealth products.

The role covers managing 12–15 mapped branches across the territory, building strong relationships with bank leaders, and tracking daily sales metrics to sustain momentum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in channel or banking sales.

Role Purpose:

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving acquisition of Demat & Trading Accounts through partner bank branches by engaging, training, and supporting branch teams to achieve business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, support, and engage branch resources to drive channel acquisition of Demat & Trading Accounts and revenue products.
• Build strong working relationships with Bank Cluster Heads, Branch Heads, and channel employees to enhance branch productivity.
• Drive sales performance across assigned bank branches and clusters.
• Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business generation activities at branch level.
• Conduct regular branch visits and maintain strong engagement with mapped branches.
• Manage approximately 12-15 mapped bank branches across assigned territory.
• Coordinate and drive R&R (Rewards & Recognition) initiatives with Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads to improve sales momentum.
• Monitor branch productivity and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets for both branches and self.
• Promote wealth and equity market-related products to customers through the bank channel.
• Track daily business numbers, sales activities, and productivity metrics.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Channel Sales, Banking Sales, Broking, or Financial Services.
• Good understanding of Equity Markets, Demat & Trading Accounts, and Wealth Products.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Experience in team handling and target-driven sales environment.
• Ability to motivate and drive branch teams towards business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
