Job summary

DMart seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS specialist to manage the LMS platform and its integration within Learning and Development initiatives.

You will drive LMS administration, resolve deployment issues, and educate teams on SF requirements while exploring automation opportunities to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably CSE/IT.
• 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations.
• Certification in SAP SF Learning Management (preferred).
• Knowledge of SF support model, troubleshooting, and SF–SAP integration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of SAP SuccessFactors LMS as the online test platform.
• Explore areas where automation can be introduced in SF for Learning & Development.
• Engage with stakeholders and supervisors; identify gaps from existing data and prepare an action plan.

Role and Responsibilities:

Success Factor (SF) LMS

• Ensure smooth functioning of Success Factor as an online test platform and LMS.
• Explore areas where automation can be introduced in SF w.r.t. Learning & Development.
• Engage with stake holders, supervisors, use inputs available from existing database/ applications/ software to identify the gaps and prepare action plan to plug the gaps.
• Resolve issues arising in implementation of online trainings and certifications in SF LMS
• Educate the team on LMS and technical requirements.
• Provide best-practice guidance on LMS processes and knowledge

Technical / Functional / Soft Skills:

• Bachelors degree in any field, preferably CSE, IT
• Overall IT experience of 5+ years out of which at least 3 years’ full lifecycle experience in PMGM/CDP/ SAP Success Factors LMS implementation role.
• Preferred Certification in SAP SF Learning Management Certification Exam
• Conversant with SF Support model and process and SF troubleshooting skills.
• Integration support skills between SF and SAP
• Experience in building or managing a content management system (CMS) is a plus.
