Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to implement and support SF Learning Management System configurations, workflows, and integrations. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable LMS solutions, managing data and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders across modules.

The candidate will handle learning administration, item and program configurations, and ensure smooth LMS operations, including notifications and approvals,

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring Learning workflows, notifications, approval processes, and automated assignments.
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors LMS business processes and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in LMS data management, reporting, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
• Knowledge of LMS integrations/interfaces, including employee/user data synchronization and external systems.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and user documentation.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in SF Learning configuration, including Learning Administration, User Management, Learning Items, Programs, Curricula, and Assignment Profiles.
• Experience in configuring Learning workflows, notifications, approval processes, and automated assignments.
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors LMS business processes and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in LMS data management, reporting, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
• Knowledge of LMS integrations/interfaces, including employee/user data synchronization and external systems.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT and production support.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SF LMS functional solutions.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and user documentation.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for LMS issues.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with LMS will be an added advantage.
