Vgreentek is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in Pune for 8-12 years of experience. The role offers hybrid work mode with 2 days in the office and requires hands-on experience in end-to-end SF implementations, especially Employee Central, PM, GM, and ECP payroll. Immediate joiners only.

The consultant will engage with clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle integrations, reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance as relevant to the role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong EC, PM and GM domain expertise.
• Experience with ECP payroll and payroll-related modules.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients from requirements to go-live.
• Manage client stakeholders and drive effective communications.
• Oversee integrations, reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance as relevant.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and relevant SuccessFactors modules.
• Functional expertise in Performance Management (PM) and Goal Management (GM) for PM/GM roles.
• Hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for payroll roles.
• Experience in integrations, reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance, as relevant to the role.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Experience in multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
