Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a virtual drive for SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience with strong expertise in Employee Central and Time Management, MDF, and advanced EC configurations.

The candidate will participate in multiple implementations, collaborate on change management, and train users. Responsibilities include configuring time profiles, calendars, and absence workflows, ensuring data integrity, and leading

Qualifications

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC/Time Management is required.
• Minimum 2–3 implementations in EC and Absence/Time off.
• Strong EC configuration knowledge including MDF objects and data models.
• Solid understanding of time management: time types, calendars, profiles.
• Experience configuring time profiles and leave workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex business rules and multi-step approvals.
• Familiarity with effective dating and core EC concepts.
• Experience in high availability solutioning.
• Experience with change management and user training.
• Gathers requirements, configures bonuses/merit structures, validates data.
• Keeps updated with SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
• Project coordination and system implementation experience.
• Exposure to Azure cloud environment.

Responsabilités

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC modules in client environments.
• Lead project coordination for EC deployment and timing management.
• Configure and validate time management workflows, calendars, and absence rules.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex business rules and approvals.
• Train users and support change management activities.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with best practices.

• SucessFactors Employee Central and Time Management certification
• Minimum 2 to 3 Implementations experience in Employee Central and Absence and Timeoff.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, including MDF objects and data models
• Experience with time management concepts like time types, time accounts, time profiles, work schedules, and holiday calendars.
• Set up employee time profiles, which determine the types of leave each employee is eligible for, and configures work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence management workflows to ensure accurate tracking and approval processes
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting complex business rules and multi-step workflows for approvals
• Familiarity with effective dating and other core EC concepts
• Hands on experience on High availability solutioning

• Experience with change management activities and user training
• Gathering business requirements, configuring bonus and merit structures, validating data, and providing training, while ensuring compliance and system integrity
• Best Practices and Updates : Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices to provide expert guidance
• Project management : Experience in project coordination and managing the implementation of system solutions.
• Exposure to work in Azure environment.
