Job Description:

Position Title: HRIS Expert

Reports To: Director, Global HR Operations & Services

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The HRIS Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This includes ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing processes, supporting data integrity, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and other departments to enhance system functionality, user experience, and HRIS strategy. Systems involved include our Global HR System, Payroll Systems, Time & Attendance System, Recruitment System, and their interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HRIS Implementation and Maintenance: Lead new module implementations, gather requirements, maintain existing systems, troubleshoot issues.
2. System Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities, customize systems, conduct audits.
3. Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data accuracy, develop reports, support analytics.
4. User Support and Training: Provide support, develop training materials, serve as primary contact for HRIS queries.
5. Compliance and Security: Ensure data protection compliance, implement security protocols, stay updated on best practices.
6. Project Management: Lead projects, develop plans and budgets, coordinate stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Proven experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, DayForce, SDWorx, ProTime, or Workable.
