Job summary

Hinduja Tech Limited in Guindy, Chennai invites an SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to join our HR technology team. You will provide application support for SAP SuccessFactors EC and related modules, engage with global stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

The role requires 6-8 years of experience in SAP SF/EC, strong functional knowledge, and ability to coordinate with vendors and offshore teams. Immediate to 15 days notice expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP or IT application support with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expertise in Employee Central (EC) Module.
• Experience with Recruiting, LMS, Onboarding modules is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• HCM Solution Design & Delivery: configure, test and deploy SF solutions aligned with HR processes.
• Functional Expertise & Advisory: SME for SAP SF and SAP HCM; provide guidance.
• System Support & Continuous Improvement: Level 2/3 support and issue resolution.
• Business Process Optimization & Configuration: translate requirements into configurations.
• Global Collaboration & Governance: work with vendors and internal stakeholders; ensure governance.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, HR business processes, and SAP HCM integration. This role involves providing application support, driving continuous improvements, collaborating with global stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. HCM Solution Design & Delivery

• Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business requirements and HR processes.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and rollout activities across SuccessFactors modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and documentation to support solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

2. Functional Expertise & Advisory

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices, process standardization and system capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable solutions to improve HR operations.
• Support stakeholders with functional consulting and solution advisory services.

3. System Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP SuccessFactors applications and integrated HR systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and vendors.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Support quarterly SuccessFactors release management activities, including impact assessments and testing.

4. Business Process Optimization & Configuration

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules using SAP implementation best practices.
• Support data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

5. Global Collaboration & Governance

• Collaborate closely with external vendors, and internal business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, change management, and security standards.
• Maintain system documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures.
