Job summary

Infocus Technologies Pvt ltd in India is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, enhancement and production support.

The role focuses on Core HR processes, EC data models, MDF/Foundation Objects, and EC integrations; you will configure rules, workflows, RBPs and perform fit-gap analyses while coordinating with business users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of Core HR / Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Hands-on experience in Employee Central Data Models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and RBP.
• Experience with EC Integrations (Payroll/HRIS or third-party systems) and XML.
• Experience in incident resolution and application support.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, and Data Models.
• Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Reason Derivations.
• Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Dynamic Groups.
• Support employee lifecycle processes (Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, Job/Position changes, Termination).
• Work on Position Management and organizational structures.
• Perform employee data imports, data validation, and error resolution.
• Support EC integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems.
• Participate in testing activities (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression).
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis; coordinate with business users and SAP teams.
• Support quarterly SF releases and assess impact of new features.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements.
• Understand business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.

• Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Reason Derivations.

• Experience in at least one end-to-end SF EC implementation.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
• Exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Performance & Goals, or Compensation.
