We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Onboarding Consultant to provide functional and technical support for an ongoing SAP Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0) implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP Onboarding (ONB) implementation efforts.
• Perform ONB 2.0 configuration tasks using structured workbooks under the direction of the ONB Lead.
• Assist in test planning and execution during the project lifecycle.
• Document all configurations, test cases, and support findings in accordance with project documentation standards.
• Ensure alignment with related SAP modules such as Employee Central and Recruiting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and issue resolution, particularly involving third-party tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on SAP experience (Consultant Level - E2)
• Proven expertise in SAP Onboarding 2.0 configuration and support.
• Previous experience with Onboarding migration from 1.0 to 2.0
• Minimum 2 successful ONB 2.0 project implementations
• Familiarity with SAP Recruiting Module and Employee Central.
• Basic knowledge of third-party system integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).
• Strong documentation and testing skills.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with global project teams.
