Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with hands-on expertise in Onboarding 2.0 and exposure to Generative AI tools. You will configure and optimize onboarding processes, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

The role involves integrating Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruiting Management, HRIS Sync, DMS, and third-party HR systems, while ensuring data privacy and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (preferably 2.0).
• Knowledge of onboarding workflows, forms, and document management.
• Experience with integrations to SAP/HR systems (Employee Central, Recruiting Management).
• Experience using Generative AI tools, AI copilots, or LLM-based productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 workflows and new-hire processes.
• Manage onboarding forms, compliance documents, document management, and workflow configurations.
• Support end-to-end implementation: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare.
• Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruiting Management, HRIS Sync, DMS, and external HR systems.
• Use AI copilots and Generative AI tools for documentation, requirement analysis, test script generation, and troubleshooting.
• Support AI-assisted testing, configuration validation, and workflow automation.
• Ensure compliance with HR data privacy, security, audit and governance standards.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical integration teams, and cross-functional SF teams.
