EY in Hyderabad invites an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior Implementation consultant to join our Global Delivery Services. You will lead end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment of Onboarding 2.0 and seamless integration with Employee Central.

You'll design configurations, document business requirements, run testing, and support go-live while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3–8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central Core by SAP
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects
• Experience with Compliance forms, MDF Objects, Workflows and Dashboards
• Knowledge of SAP Joule for SuccessFactors

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers on onboarding strategy using ONB 2.0 and industry best practices
• Lead end-to-end SF Onboarding 2.0 implementations for enterprise clients
• Configure ONB 2.0, data collection steps, forms, and workflows
• Integrate with Employee Central and other SF modules; client-facing delivery
• Support testing, go-live and post go-live activities

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior Implementation consultant working with enterprise customers in transforming their hiring operations. Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HCM technology and Process deliverables. This includes implementation, integration with other SF Modules and End-to-End testing of the configuration with the client during iterations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central integration, and end-to-end hire-to-retire processes, superior consulting skills, and the ability to translate vision into operational excellence as well as assist clients in implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of the Module

Your Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning their hiring & onboarding strategy with SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 capabilities, industry best practices, and long-term business goals.
• Provide thought leadership on modern recruiting practices, digital adoption, hiring team empowerment, and the Intelligent Enterprise.
• Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
• At least two E2E SF Onboarding 2.0 implementation and support experiences.
• Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 based on business requirements.
• Configure onboarding programs, tasks, data collection steps, compliance forms, notifications, custom task, MDF Objects, Business Rule and document flows.
• Configure crossboarding, offboarding and Rehire processes where applicable.
• Integration with other modules. Ready to perform the client facing role.
• Should have knowledge on SF EC, Position Management, RCM and RMK modules integration knowledge would be an added advantage
• Should have good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge SmartRecruiters will be added Advantage.

Skills and attributes for success

• Work Experience in SAP SF : 3- 8 years & above
• Certification is must in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central Core by SAP.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Good Analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Experience in Compliance form, Custom forms, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Workflows, Home page and Dashboard configuration.
• SAP Joule for SuccessFactors.
