Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking an SAP HR/Employee Central specialist to join our HR systems practice. You will contribute to end-to-end implementations, focusing on Employee Central data models, MDF objects, workflows, RBP, and foundation objects.

The role requires strong client communication, ability to map business requirements to Functional/Process Design, and rollout experience, including data migration planning and risk mitigation. SAP HR exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Involved in at least 2 E2E implementation/support projects involving Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP and Foundation Objects.
• Experience with Position Management and Time Off processes.
• Experience with OData APIs and Reports.
• Ability to map requirements into Functional Design or Business Process Design.
• Roll-out experience and data migration planning.
• Ability to highlight risks and issues and manage client expectations.
• Employee Central certification preferred; SAP HR experience is a plus.
