Job summary

A major IT consultancy in India is seeking candidates with over 7 years of experience in SAP HCM, particularly with Payroll implementation. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices, as well as hands-on experience in managing year-end and quarter-end payroll. Strong communication skills are essential. This role is based in West Bengal, Kolkata District.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in SAP HCM (Non-Payroll Modules).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with implementation experiences.
• Deep understanding of SAP Payroll Gross to net calculation, rules, Taxes, Garnishments and Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in carrying out year-end, quarter-end etc. with respect to HR payroll.
• Experience in SAP HCM submodules – Benefits, OM, PA, and Time.
