WMS Global is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to lead payroll projects across India and the Middle East. The role requires hands-on ECP implementation, payroll configuration, PCRs, wage types, retroactive calculations, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.

The position is based in India with hybrid work options, and some travel to Middle East client engagements is expected as needed.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• 8+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
• Expertise in Middle East payroll (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan).
• Experience in payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, retroactive calculations, and off-cycle payroll.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central integration and payroll posting to SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, payroll testing, parallel runs, and production support.

WMS is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ECP implementation, Middle East payroll, and SAP integration.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• 8+ years of relevant SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience.
• Expertise in Middle East payroll, particularly UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Jordan.
• Experience in payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, retroactive calculations, and off-cycle payroll.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central integration and payroll posting to SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, payroll testing, parallel runs, and production support.

Additional Advantage: Experience in other SuccessFactors modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Time Management.

Work Location & Travel:

This is a flexible opportunity for candidates based in India, with hybrid working arrangements. Candidates must be willing to travel to the Middle East region for on-site client engagements, as required.
