Ink IT Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with a strong focus on UAE payroll. You will configure, test, and support UAE payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and smooth integration with HR systems.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors EC Payroll, hands-on UAE payroll expertise, and solid skills in schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configuration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
• Hands-on UAE payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and configuration.
• Experience in implementation, support, and testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for UAE payroll.
