Job summary

ReNew is seeking a SAP FICO/S4 HANA Consultant in Gurgaon, India, with 6–8 years of experience. You will lead FI/CO configuration, ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PS, and participate in global full-cycle implementations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of Indian tax and accounting, and experience with TRM/FM. Familiarity with ABAP coordination and AGILE is a plus. Join a leader in renewable energy projects and digital finance solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 end-to-end SAP FICO/S4 HANA implementations, automotive/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong FICO configuration across FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA and Banking.
• Knowledge of Indian tax and accounting practices.
• Funds Management structures, fund centers, controls and reporting.
• Treasury & Risk Management including cash, liquidity, hedging and risk analysis.
• Experience in writing functional specs, ABAP coordination and testing.
• Cost Center and Profit Center accounting, reporting structures and hierarchies.
• Internal Orders for project cost tracking; integration with MM, SD, PS.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult SAP FICO/S4 HANA implementations and ongoing support.
• Configure FI processes: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, TRM and FM.
• Configure CO-PA, CCA, PCA and ensure smooth integration with MM, PS and FIORI.
• Participate in global full-cycle implementations and agile projects.
• Collaborate with teams for requirement analysis, design, testing, UAT, go-live and support.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit and financial reporting standards.
• Handle month and year-end closings and reconciliations.

Key Skills

• 2–3 end-to-end implementations (Automotive/Manufacturing Preferred).

• Internal Orders: Manage temporary cost objects for projects or initiatives.
