Job summary

ReNew seeks an Engineer - Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring (Wind & Solar) to join our Gurgaon team. You will support the Diagnostic Center, monitor asset performance and KPIs, and contribute to data-driven optimization across wind and solar assets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in data analytics and asset performance, with familiarity in SCADA/configuration and cross-functional collaboration with asset management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and performance monitoring for wind & solar assets.
• Knowledge of Wind Turbines and Solar Plants.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ReNew Diagnostic Center with a prevention by prediction approach.
• Oversee performance and operations of wind and solar assets.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risk reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with asset management teams to enhance performance and reliability.

• Operations of the ReNew Diagnostic Center, with prevention by prediction philosophy
• Oversee the performance & operations of assets

• Provide routine & non-routine inputs to Wind & Solar asset management teams for enhancing performance, productivity & reliability of assets.
