Job summary

ReNew Energy Private Limited, Gurgaon, is seeking a Manager Contracts - RE (Solar / Wind) to lead the contract lifecycle and finalise term sheets with OEMs for wind assets.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience in contract management, strong negotiation skills, and awareness of statutory requirements, coordinating with finance, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate or MBA degree.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of contractual terms and IPP wind/solar business.

Responsibilities

• Discussion and finalization of term-sheets with OEMs for wind asset construction.
• External O&M discussions and finalization of O&M agreements for new business opportunities.
• External O&M agreements: finalization between ReNew project SPV and OEMs for O&M services.
• Contract compliance: prepare key terms and circulate for adherence to contractual terms.
• Involvement in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and highlighting gaps.
• Contractual correspondence: issue notices and interface with OEMs and internal teams.
• Support litigation by providing information and data to the legal team.

Job Description

Role - Manager Contracts - RE (Solar / Wind)

Location - Gurgaon

Qualification - Engineering Graduate / MBA.

Experiecne - 10 to 12 Years of experience Understanding of Contractual Terms,

KRA :-

1. Discussion and finalization of term-sheets execution with various OEMs for planned Construction of wind assets.
2. External O&M BusinessDiscussion and finalization of O&M Agreements for new business opportunity of ReNew's service entity
3. External O&M Agreements:Discussion and finalization of O&M Agreements execution between ReNew Project SPV and OEMs for O&M Services for the planned Construction of wind assets ensuring the requirements of Finance, Technical, Tax, operation teams and other concerned teams.
4. Contract Compliance:Ensuring timely preparation of Key contractual terms and circulate to concerned team for newly executed agreements for the adherence to Contractual terms
5. Mergers and Acquisitions- Actively involved in Due diligence activities with respect to contractual adequacy and support to operations team by highlighting the identified gaps and taking up with concern.
6. Contractual Correspondences:Understand the contractual issue and sending Notices to OEMs, works as Interface for OEMs for any contractual matter. Including Resolution of day to day contractual queries/ matters by discussion and engagement of internal team members and OEMS as per requirement.
7. Litigation support:for any major disputes, assist legal team for providing the related information along with Supporting data.
