Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting and reporting compliant with regulatory bodies at all levels.
• Oversee SOX compliance and review management review minutes.
• Prepare financial statements per Indian AS and IFRS.
• Ensure Schedule III compliance and accurate disclosures.
• Conduct analytical reviews comparing budgets and previous years.
• Implement accounting and reporting changes across the organization.
• Prepare technical memos on accounting issues and updates.
• Assist in audit closure and issue resolution.
• Support financial due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, or new investors.
• Coordinate with other departments to close audit issues.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements, prescribed by relevant regulatory bodies at all levels of operations.
2. Ensuring SOX compliances for all areas, reviewing Management review minutes.
3. Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS
4. Compliance with Schedule III requirements
5. Reviewing the overall analytical review of financials w.r.t comparison with budget and previous years.
6. Responsible for implementation of other accounting and reporting changes
7. Responsible for preparing technical memos on various accounting issues/technical updates/knowledge sharing.
8. Audit handling for closure of audit issues.
9. Assistance in financial Due diligence for Acquisition/Disposal/New investor.
10. Coordination with other departments for closure of issues during Audit
