Capgemini in Pune is seeking a SAP Service Management consultant to gather requirements, configure Service Management in SAP S/4HANA, and drive end-to-end service processes. The role covers integration with multiple SAP modules, SIT/UAT, and production support.

The candidate will prepare specifications, collaborate with technical teams, train end users, and assist with data migration and hypercare activities in a dynamic service delivery environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Service Management processes.
• Configure SAP Service Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and implement: Service Orders; Service Contracts; Service Quotations; Warranty Management; Service Confirmation; Complaint and Returns Management; In-House Repair Processes; Field Service Management Integration; Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose scalable business solutions; Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations; Collaborate with technical, integration, and business teams; Support integration with SAP SD (Sales & Distribution); SAP MM (Materials Management); SAP PM/EAM (Plant Maintenance); SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling); Execute SIT, UAT, and production support activities; Provide end-user training and create user documentation; Support data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.
