Job summary

MAX-HR-Solutions seeks an SAP consultant to support our Business Process Owner in SAP CS, advising across IT within the target architecture. You will bolster the SAP CS team for an international S/4HANA transformation and design business solutions in Customer Service, focusing on CS and FSM.

Responsibilities include customization, functional tests, UAT support, and contributing IT concepts for the development team. Strong English and diplomatic skills are essential.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study.
• Comprehensive SAP consulting experience in conception and implementation of business processes in the SAP Customer Service environment, with focus on SAP CS.
• Experience in S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Field Service Mgmt. appreciated.
• You have in-depth SAP knowledge in service-to-cash processes and cross-module integration with logistics (SD).
• You have experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
• You have worked several years outside of India for international companies.
• You are a team player with a process-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Role & responsibilities

• As an SAP consultant, you will provide consulting and support for our Business Process Owner in the customer service area (SAP-CS) and advise the business departments on all IT matters based on the defined target architecture.
• You will strengthen the SAP CS team for our international SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• You will conceive, design and implement business solutions in the area of Customer Service (focus on CS, FSM) considering our governance model.
• You carry out the customization of the application, the functional tests, plus support with integration tests or user acceptance tests. The creation of IT concepts as input for our development team is also part of your task.
• You advise and support the selection of suitable applications.
• Together with your colleagues, you will provide holistic support for our SAP logistics applications, add-ons and interfaces to subsystems (including technical 2nd Level support)
• You will work closely with our internal colleagues in an international environment.

Preferred candidate profile : Your qualifications:

• You have a degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field of study.
• Comprehensive SAP consulting experience in conception and implementation of business processes in the SAP Customer Service environment, with a focus on SAP CS.
• Experience in S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Field Service Mgmt. appreciated
• You have in-depth SAP knowledge in the area of service-to-cash-processes, cross-module integration knowledge in the area of logistics (SD), as well as the underlying master data.
• You also have practical experience in the conception and implementation of business processes in SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• You have worked several years outside of India for international companies.
• You also have experience in introducing new processes or systems.
• You are a team player with a cross-functional and process-oriented mindset, as well as strong analytical skills combined with assertiveness.
• You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation, coupled with diplomatic skills.
• A confident demeanor, an independent way of working and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
• Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile. Knowledge in German would be a benefit.
