Job summary

Inflexion is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our SAP practice and lead S/4HANA implementation and support projects. You will focus on SD modules with integration to MM, PS, and FI, and collaborate with clients to design, configure, and optimize their SAP solutions.

The role involves conducting design workshops, driving end-to-end delivery, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes. Strong communication and 2+ SAP S/4HANA life cycles are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
• Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP Customer Service and After-Sales Service processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Preference would be someone who came from industry domain background.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our growing SAP practice and play a key role in delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, along with integration knowledge across Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), and Finance (FI).

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, lead design and process workshops, configure SAP solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer service processes including warranty management, service notifications, service orders, repair processes, and resource-related billing within SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Should have Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Support Projects
• Have Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales (SAP SD) module with Integration Knowledge on SAP MM, PS and FI.
• Having knowledge on SAP CS : Warranty, Service Notification, Service Order, Repair Sales order, DIP profile, Resource related Billing, Onsite Repair, In-House Repair, Depot Repair is ideal Candidate for this profile.
• Experience in driving and executing the design/process workshops & excellent client interaction skills.
• Perform testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
