Job summary

Itradiant Solutions seeks a seasoned SAP SD Functional Consultant to lead SD configurations and client workshops in Hyderabad. You will translate business needs into SAP solutions, design RICEF objects, and ensure smooth integration with existing IT systems.

We require 6–10 years of SAP SD experience, strong OTC cycle knowledge, and ability to work in a professional services or distribution environment. Hybrid/onsite hybrid work model with client engagements in the region.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years working in full cycle SAP implementations and support.
• 6 to 10 years designing and configuring SAP SD module.
• Multitasking with multiple deliverables and projects.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with others.
• Results oriented with adaptability and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD.
• Configure SD processes including Credit/Debit Memo, Consignment, Return Sales, 3rd party and Intercompany sales.
• Map client requirements and develop product modifications to satisfy needs.
• Design, customize, configure and test SD; document functional designs and test results.
• Liaise with clients for troubleshooting and handle emergency transports as needed.
• Prepare functional specs and work with development for RICEF objects.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

SAP SD Functional Consultant:-

SAP consultants develop and implement SAP systems for business clients. They determine client's business needs, create customized SAP solutions, and smoothly integrate SAP applications with existing IT infrastructure. SAP consultants may be employed by companies, or they may consult independently.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
• Good Experience on SD+IDOCS -LE business process configurations.
• Must have exposure in different sales process of entire OTC cycle like Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Consignment Sales, Return Sales, 3rd party sales, Intercompany sales, Scheduling Agreements, Free of Charge Delivery, Stock Transfer Orders
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
• Prepare functional specs and work closely with the development team for RICEF objects

Desired Skills & Experience:-

• Experience of 6 to 10 years working in full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
• Experience of 6 to 10 years designing and configuring SD module
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
