Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on SAP CS/Service Management modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Level Management.
• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP solutions for clients.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP S/4HANA.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP CS/Service Management modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA technology stack and its applications in service management processes.
