Job summary

Capgemini in Pune is seeking a SAP CRM Functional Consultant with 6–11 years of experience to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and to configure SAP CRM modules. You will coordinate with technical teams and provide end-to-end SAP CRM delivery.

Responsibilities include fit-gap analysis, preparing functional specs for custom developments (RICEF), and supporting testing, training, and post-go-live activities within SAP CRM and ECC/S4HANA integrations.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP CRM.
• Configure SAP CRM modules including Account & Contact, Opportunity, Activity, Service, and Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF) and support testing.
