Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India seeks a SAP CRM functional consultant to gather and document business requirements and implement SAP CRM modules including Account & Contact Management, Opportunity Management, and Service Management. • Configure and implement SAP CRM modules including: Account & Contact Management; Opportunity Management; Activity Management; Service Management; Sales & Marketing Processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEF objects).
• Coordinate with technical, integration, and testing teams.
• Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC/S4HANA systems.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
