Job description

Responsibilities

• In depth knowledge of CRM business processes in SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops and solution design.
• Experience on scoping and fine-tuning the SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in Key user tools and screen adaptations.
• Experience in creation of Org structure, Material and customer data.
• Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP/Hybris and non-SAP systems.
• Experience in customizing and tailoring the reports as per customer requirements.
• Exposure to SAP C4HANA implementation methodology and deployment options.
• Good exposure to SAP project life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Experience in playing module lead role.
• More than 8 years of SAP C4HANA implementation/rollout project.
