Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an SAP CRM technical specialist in India to develop and support RICEFW objects and ABAP programs. The role involves building interfaces, forms, and enhancements, plus middleware integration and performance tuning.

You will collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and prepare specs and unit tests. Prior experience with Web UI and CRM-ECC integration is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP CRM services with RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Strong ABAP development skills including ALV, BAPIs, IDocs and RFCs.
• Experience designing CRM Web UI enhancements and middleware integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support SAP CRM technical objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Design and develop ABAP programs, ALV reports, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, BAPIs, RFCs, User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancements.
• Work on CRM Web UI enhancements and custom developments.
• Support CRM Middleware, IDoc/BDoc processing, and CRM-ECC integration.
• Develop and troubleshoot interfaces using Web Services, APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and technical solution design.
• Prepare technical specifications and unit test documents.
