As a Manager in SAP Human Capital, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement SAP Human Capital Management software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of these applications. This role is client‑facing, allowing you to directly impact clients' strategic objectives through your consulting expertise.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
