Job summary

Tech Mahindra, Pune, seeks an experienced SAP AMS professional to manage service operations and production support. You will own Incident, Problem, Change, and Release processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service.

You will handle customer escalations, engage in hands-on incident handling, and maintain a strong customer-facing presence, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
