Job summary

ITC Infotech in Gurugram is seeking an experienced SAP Project/Program Manager to lead complex SAP initiatives end-to-end.

The role involves project planning, scope management, AMS oversight, team leadership, client engagement, QA, risk management, and continuous improvement to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities

• Project management: plan, organize, and manage SAP projects including scope, timelines, resources and budget.
• AMS: track tickets till closure, root-cause analysis, SLA adherence, stakeholder reporting.
• Team management: lead SAP consultants and developers, recruit/train, set targets, coach.
• Client relationship management: maintain strong client relationships, regular communication and expectation management.
• Quality assurance: ensure SAP projects meet high standards, perform regular checks, enforce best practices.
• Risk management: identify and mitigate project risks and issues, develop action plans.
• Continuous improvement: identify process improvements and stay current with SAP trends to propose innovative solutions.

We are looking for experienced SAP Project/Program Manager.

Job Description:

• 1. Project management: Planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of SAP projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. This involves creating project plans, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• 2. AMS: Tracking and monitoring of tickets till closure. Carry out root cause analysis. Adherence to SLA compliance. Report back to all the stakeholders.
• 3. Team management: Leading and managing a team of SAP consultants and developers. This includes recruiting and training new team members, setting performance targets, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
• 4. Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and expectations, and ensuring that projects meet their needs. This involves regular communication with clients, managing their expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
• 5. Quality assurance: Ensuring that SAP projects meet high-quality standards. This includes conducting regular quality checks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring that best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• 6. Risk management: Identifying and managing project risks and issues. This includes proactively identifying potential risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and taking necessary actions to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• 7. Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. This involves staying up to date with the latest SAP trends and technologies and recommending innovative solutions to clients.
