Job summary

Qentelli in Hyderabad, India seeks an SAP AMS Delivery lead to own service delivery and escalate high-severity incidents across SAP ecosystems including S/4HANA and Fiori.

You will drive SLA compliance, governance, RCA and CSI initiatives, provide technical leadership across multiple towers, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure stable production support.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Relevant SAP certification in module/technology area.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery and critical L3 incident resolution.
• Provide technical leadership across Functional, Basis, CPI, EDI, ABAP and Fiori towers.

• Lead Hypercare, Major Incident Management and CAB reviews.
• Manage team capacity, utilization, staffing and mentoring.
• Review releases, deployments and production changes.
• Coordinate with SAP RISE, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
