Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an ERP Application Management Services professional with 4-8 years of experience to handle production support and maintenance for ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.

The role requires strong incident, problem, change and release management, ITIL familiarity and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools, plus solid SQL, testing, deployment and documentation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of ERP AMS experience.
• Experience in production support and maintenance of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change and release management.
• Hands-on with ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with testing, deployment and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP AMS production support and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead incident, problem, change and release processes.
• Troubleshoot both functional and technical issues across ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain system documentation and coordinate deployments.
