Aarna HR Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sample Planner in Bengaluru, India, to coordinate the expedite process between customer service and manufacturing. Your duties include managing purchase orders, preparing logistics reports, and supporting quality management systems.

Sample Planner (Electronic Manufacturing Company)

Position: Sample Planner

Primary Purpose

To coordinate the expedite process between customer service and the manufacturing plants, maintain purchase orders and assist in the purchase order creation process, Logistics Report preparation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process all expedite requests sent by customer service and actively follow up with the manufacturing plants to assure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control all aspects of the purchase order backlog, including overdue, reschedules, unscheduled, substitutions/replacements, returns.
• Assist the senior planners in the purchase order creation process.
• Undertake other duties as requested by Management that are within the competency of the Post Holder.
• Support and contribute to current Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, ISO and EH&S Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Process all logistic report activities and send to stakeholders.

Education

Required: MBO-level degree plus evidence of continuous professional development.

Good PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel) are required.

Preferred: English essential; fluency in another major language (French, Mandarin Chinese, German) is a distinct advantage. VBA coding and advanced Excel knowledge an added advantage.

Work Experience

Required: 6 to 8 years commercial experience in a supply chain/planning related function.

Applicants with less experience will be considered, but may take longer to perform all duties as specified.
