Job summary

SPIRO is seeking a Manager – Supply Chain Planning & Supplier Operations to lead end-to-end planning for overseas direct materials and CKD kits. You will oversee supplier onboarding, production ramp-up, and material availability with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in supply planning, supplier coordination, ERP systems, advanced Excel data management, and analytical reporting, and reports to the Supply Chain Management department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement operations.
• Experience with overseas materials planning and supplier onboarding.
• Strong ERP, Excel data handling and analytical reporting.
• Experience with international suppliers and manufacturing hubs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain planning for overseas materials and CKD kits.
• Lead supplier onboarding, qualification and readiness with Quality/Engineering/Manufacturing.
• Lead production ramp-up and capacity planning for new products.
• Manage demand, supply, and PO planning to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor supplier schedules, material flow and on-time availability.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and Quality.
• Develop MIS dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and pivots.
• Present supply chain performance updates to leadership using PowerPoint.

Position Summary

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for overseas direct materials and CKD kits, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, production ramp-up, order planning, material availability and cross-functional execution. The role requires strong experience in supply planning, supplier coordination, ERP systems, advanced Excel-based data management, and analytical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own supply chain planning for overseas direct materials, CKD kits and critical components.
• Drive supplier onboarding, qualification and readiness in collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Lead supplier production ramp-up and capacity planning to support new product introductions and volume scale-up.
• Manage demand planning, supply planning, purchase order planning and order execution to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor supplier schedules, shipment readiness and material flow to ensure on-time availability.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance and Quality teams.
• Track purchase orders, inventory, open orders and supply risks; proactively resolve shortages and delays.
• Manage import coordination, shipment tracking and documentation with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate ERP master data and supplier records.
• Develop MIS dashboards and reports using advanced Excel, including data consolidation, pivot tables, lookups and large dataset analysis.
• Present supply chain performance updates to leadership using PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning or Procurement Operations.
• Strong experience in supplier onboarding, supplier ramp-up and production readiness.
• Experience managing order planning, purchase order management, material planning and supply execution.
• Experience working with international suppliers, preferably across China, Southeast Asia or similar manufacturing hubs.
• Experience in automotive, EV, industrial manufacturing or high-volume assembly operations.
