Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Surat. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and referred customers, present product offerings, explain features and pricing, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, and supporting after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory and delivery status, participating in local marketing or promotional activities, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to represent SCALE CRAFT HUB professionally and uphold company values in all customer interactions.
