Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices in Hyderabad seeks a senior Salesforce Architect/Developer to design and deliver Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions, and to own architecture for routing, scheduling, dispatching, SLA, and entitlement processes.

You will define Apex, LWC, integration and API standards, manage ERP and IoT integrations, lead CI/CD, releases, and incident management, and mentor a team of 8–10 developers in an onshore/offshore setup, driving AI-enabled development with

Qualifications

• Strong Service Cloud and FSL architect/developer.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience with Copado, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• SAP/ERP and microservices integration experience.
• Team leadership of 8–10 developers.
• Experience with Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatching, Warranty and Parts Management.
• Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certified.
• Automotive, Manufacturing, or Service Operations domain experience preferred.
