Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive solution design and technical architecture across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The role focuses on Apex, LWC, Flows, and complex integrations, with leadership across product teams and operations.

You will mentor engineers, align with security and governance standards, and contribute to CI/CD and deployment strategies while staying current with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce solution design and technical architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in building Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST/JSON API integrations and middleware integrations.
• Focus on secure coding and adherence to Salesforce platform standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution design and technical architecture with Product Owners and architects.

• Break down user stories into technical tasks and support sprint planning.
• Configure and develop Flows, Apex and LWC.
• Work on Marketing Cloud Automations, Journeys and Data Extensions.
• Design and support robust REST/JSON API integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure secure coding practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Triage platform issues and ensure performance and security.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and solution design.

Current Work Mode: Remote (for the time being)

• Lead Salesforce solution design and technical architecture in collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects and technology teams.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Break down user stories into technical tasks, provide estimates and support sprint planning.
• Configure and develop Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Work on Marketing Cloud Automations, Journeys and Data Extensions.
• Design and support robust REST/JSON API and middleware integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce secure coding and platform standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, performance concerns and production incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, configuration and integration details.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and cross-team collaboration.
• Support data quality, platform governance, GDPR and information security compliance.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and technologies, including Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
