Job summary

Inno Valley Works in Chennai, India seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead hands-on development, make technical decisions, and mentor the Salesforce development team while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

You will guide end-to-end Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps, ensuring security, performance, and governance while adopting CI/CD

Qualifications

• Experience leading Salesforce technical teams and delivering complex solutions.
• Hands-on development with Apex/LWC/Aura/Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model and integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, including code reviews and best practice guidance.
• Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages.
• Ensure Salesforce implementations adhere to security, performance, and governor limits.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce DX.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
• Support production issues and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware tools)
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Apex)
