Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a senior Salesforce Lead to architect and deliver Service Cloud solutions in Chennai. You will guide a team of developers, design scalable Cloud architectures, and drive integration efforts with REST/SOAP services while enforcing coding standards.

You will own technical delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, high‑performing implementations that respect Salesforce governor limits and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Framework.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations, JSON‑based services, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Roles, Profiles, Permissions, and Data Modeling.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Experience owning solution architecture, technical design decisions, and delivery of complex Salesforce implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, effort estimation, and stakeholder management.
