Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead development teams in building robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership guiding design decisions, ensuring code quality, and serving as the bridge between architecture and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced Apex solutions (Queueable, Batch Apex, Service Layer Pattern) and LWC components using UI API and JavaScript.
• Own technical design for assigned modules/features, ensuring alignment with overall solution architecture.
• Lead secure REST/SOAP integration builds, webhook consumption, and middleware orchestration for system‑to‑system connectivity.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor Senior/Consultant‑level developers.
• Drive sprint‑level technical planning, estimation, and task breakdown in collaboration with the Architect and Project Manager.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Apex, LWC, automation (Flow Builder, Approval Processes), and integrations.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure quality engineering practices are followed throughout the SDLC.
• Support solution designing, data migration planning, and user story grooming.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 23 years in a technical leadership or lead developer capacity.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Workflow).
• Proven experience building and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP callouts, middleware tools such as Boomi or Workato, SFMC, Workday APIs).
• Experience leading a small‑to‑mid‑sized development team (up to 36 developers).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory) and Platform Developer II (preferred) certifications.
• Additional preferred certifications: JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect (in progress), Workato Certified Pro I & II, or Boomi certifications.
• Tools: Visual Studio Code, Bitbucket, Workbench, Jira, Postman, Conga, Avalara, DocuSign.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to mentor and unblock team members.
