Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with 8+ years of hands-on expertise to steer large-scale implementations across multiple cities in India.

You will own design, development, and delivery of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, and integrations with ERP and reporting systems. The ideal candidate is certified on Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and proficient in Apex, Maps, Pardot/SFMC, and security models.

Qualifications

• Certified on Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
• 8+ years hands-on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong front-end skills: LWC, React.js, Angular.
• Knowledge of Territory Management and Salesforce Maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for Salesforce implementations end-to-end.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform RCA for defects.
• Drive DevOps-enabled delivery and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Location - Apple ODC - Bangalore, HYD, Kochi, Delhi NCR, Bhubaneswar and Pune

Experienced Required

Certified on Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

At least 8 Years hand on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud Platform, API, and Integration implementations for Fortune 500. Hands on implementation experience from proposal, design, dev to delivery

Extensive hands-on development experience on LWC, Integrations, Apex.

Strong knowledge and proven experience in Territory Management features (Territory planning, assignment, data management and integration with respect to territory alignment and assignment etc.).

Experience working on Salesforce Maps, creating Map views related to different territories and providing the access to the Map views for users/profiles.

Experience in sales operations (Sales Cloud features), SFMC /Pardot (Email marketing, Lead management, multi-channel marketing Campaigns & analytics), Community Cloud (partner portal, Customer portal

Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.

Tech Lead (hands on) on large scale enterprise projects (customer facing, eComm)

• Experience with cloud-based applications
• Has worked closely with business analysts to make the bridge between the function and technical team.
• Understands the importance and able to design Salesforce solutions integrated in the IT application landscape (example: integrations to ERP & reporting systems)

Client facing experience - understand Client s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce solution to design an optimal solution for business process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles, including the Virtual DOM, data binding, state & props, and React lifecycle and Redux

Extensive experience with the latest Angular versions and the Angular CLI, including concepts like dependency injection, lazy loading, and reactive programming (RxJS framework).

Thorough understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI).

Strong understading of Salesforce Security Model for Experience Cloud (Roles, Profiles, Permission sets, Permission Set Group, Custom Permissions, Sharing rules)

Experience on the Approval processes, Lightning Flows, Cutstom settings and Custom Metadata types.

Experience on integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API s and standard integratiosn patterns.

• Executing POCs to validate technology roadmaps, feasibilities & possibilities with scalable solutions which are also versatile, inter - operable, can co - exist in the overall ecosystem and cost effective.
• knowledgeable of security, infrastructure requirements and sizing such that inputs could be provided to Support teams accordingly.
• Recommending options for technology migrations re - platforming and other transformation development initiatives
