Job summary

Exavalu in India seeks a senior Salesforce developer to design, develop, and debug SFDC components and supporting technologies. You will drive architecture discussions and deliver scalable solutions for evolving business needs.

You will collaborate with diverse partner groups through planning, grooming, delivery, and support, translating requirements into robust technical designs and leading code reviews to ensure quality across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
• Strong expertise in Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning.
• Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and cloud limits.
• Experience with SFDC-related tools: Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench.
• Ability to communicate with all levels and work autonomously.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, debug, and modify components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies
• Will drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs
• Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support
• Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
• Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across the business
• Will be an active participant in architecture and design discussions to promote alignment to development standard methodologies
• Lead the peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform
• Will solve and drive resolution of bugs/issues
• Contribute technical insight to daily support issues, as needed

Requirements :

• Min 7 years previous development experience with Salesforce.com
• Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning, FSC or Insurance domain
• Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming
• You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions
• Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
• You are team-centric but able to work autonomously
• You have the ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
